LESSON PLANS & TOOLKITS
Tied to existing curricular objectives, and organized by grade & course, this section is a collection of downloadable toolkits & lesson plans. We encourage educators to use, share, and upcycle our work and continue to work collaboratively to queer Social Studies teaching in New Brunswick.
TOOLKITS
We have created three toolkits to help teachers incorporate media produced by queer, trans & non-binary youth and teachers into their classroom inquiries. Through arts-based approaches, here are some suggestions for teachers and students to engage with art-making and media production in the context of New Brunswick.

LESSON PLANS

We have created lesson plans that draw from the Queer Heritage Initiative of New Brunswick's archives (housed at the New Brunswick Provincial Archives) and queer, trans & non-binary youth and pre-service teacher produced media (stencils, zines & cellphilms).
